I’m an Advanced, Accredited EFT Practitioner and I’ve helped over 1000 people - from everyday clients to well-known names - release what’s been weighing them down and finally feel a shift in both their emotional and physical bodies.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a powerful therapeutic tool that uses fingertip tapping on acupuncture points — helping to regulate a dysregulated nervous system and access the emotional centre of the brain: the amygdala.
When we tap on these points while speaking the truth of how we feel, we interrupt the stress response and allow the body to release stored trauma, anxiety, and fear.
Put simply: EFT helps you feel safe enough to let go.
Session One: 2 hours
We take time to understand what’s brought you here, whether that’s a single traumatic event or a sense of overwhelm you can’t quite explain. I’ll gently guide you through your first round of tapping so you leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded.
Sessions Two to Five: 1 hour each
These are usually weekly or bi-weekly, depending on what feels right for you.
Each session builds on the last, helping us identify and release the most significant events, beliefs or memories that have shaped your emotional world.
Most clients start to feel a shift after the very first session - many describe a physical lightness they haven’t felt in years.
Others come to realise things they’ve never made sense of before, finally understanding the impact of events they thought were “just normal.”
You will feel different.
Not fixed. Not perfect. But shifted.
By the end of the programme, your nervous system will be in a different place to where we started.
And if you’d like to continue after that, I welcome you to.
In-person sessions are held at my private clinic.
Please wear something comfortable, arrive well hydrated, and bring a bottle of water with you.

I created this programme because five sessions - six hours of focused therapeutic work - is often all it takes to begin clearing the first and worst traumas. It’s enough time for me to understand what’s really going on for you, and enough time for you to feel the difference in both your body and your mind.
This is where your healing begins.
It starts and ends with you.
